RHF Programs for 2025
Introduction
Rescuing Hearts Foundation (RHF) is dedicated to protecting, rescuing and empowering young people, particularly girls, in undeserved communities through education, mentoring, awareness, and advocacy.
Our programs focus on breaking barriers of illiteracy, abuse, inequality and any other problems that impede a young person’s potential, with more focus on the female.
In 2025, RHF aims to reach over 5,000 young people in Lagos and Cross River State through school outreaches, mentoring, community programs, and health interventions.
Key Programs & Impact Goals for 2025
Q1 (Jan – Mar):
Program: Empowered Girls, Empowered Communities
Target: 300 girls educated on SGBV prevention, menstrual hygiene, and self-esteem.
Program: Weekly School Outreaches
Target: 1,000+ students mentored on personal development, peer pressure, and leadership.
Q2 (Apr – Jun)
Program: SGBV Awareness: Dealing with SGBV and Root Causes
Target: 300+ children trained on abuse prevention and self-defense.
Q3 (Jul – Sept)
Program: Empowerment Through Education: Back To School Initiative
Target: 400+ students receive school supplies and mentorship.and few scholarships.
Q4 (Oct – Dec)
Program: Cancer Sensitization & Screening: Shut Out Cancer
Target: 300+ women and girls educated and screened for cancer.
Program: End-of-Year Orphanage Impact Program
Target: 100+ orphans receive food, hygiene kits, and mentoring.
